Staff very helpful and friendly. Have been to Patong on three different occasions and have stayed at Ashley Plaza each time. This is near to all attractions in patong and good quality for money. Thank you to all the staff from Kobus and Michelle Launspach room 1208.

Staff was friendly, room was big enough. Location was 15min walk from beach. 50m from hotell was night market with very good food and drinks. Room was quiet and AC works very well

Breakfast wasnt our taste, because thei offer indian food mostly, but in Thailand you really dont need breakfast at hotell. You can buy smoothies everywhere with pancakes or tosties ar 7eleven stores.

Very nice rooms. Comfortable beds and excelent bathroom.

They don't have laundry. For using the gym or the swimming pool you have to go to an other building, next to the hostel. The location it's 20 min by feet to the center of the city.

A lot of things.. The sink and the shower in our room had problems; After the cleaning of the room I found my charger broken; when I went to the toilet where the breakfast is served I found the biggest rat I have ever seen; the pool is not like on the pictures, it’s pretty old and no umbrellas; while cleaning our room the cleaning lady left the wrong card key (with different room number) which resulted in problems when we tried to pick up our laundry.

They have 3 buildings, the 3rd one had a connection door...had to move of neighbours. After that all was great.

Breakfast was pathetic. Get a bigger selection. Learn from Novortel Hotel in Ko Samui. Service at the breakfast was horrifying. Pool needs unbrellas, towels. Look more classy. Bathrooms should be more classy.

Cheap

The hotel check in process was horrible. They asked for the physical credit card with which the booking was made, but this wasn’t mentioned on the booking.com confirmation. I was not carrying the card but I showed them the credit card statement on my app and showed that the payment had already been made and deducted from my card. They did not budge and ultimately said they will reverse the transaction (and hence I would be charged a two way fx conversion and bank charges in the process) and I had to pay using another card (thereby again incurring fx conversion and bank charges). The staff have a difficult time conversing in English. To avoid similar hassles - do remember to carry your credit card with which you make the booking despite Booking.com not mentioning it on their confirmation.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, location wasn’t too bad and they had a shuttle bus service 4 times a day to patong beach. The lift was nice and fast to get up and down in the hotel. There was a rooftop pool, which was nice and relaxing. The bathroom was a good size and the wardrobe was nicely fitted in.

Wifi wasn’t working properly in room, had to keep reconnecting to wifi when coming back to hotel. Not many options for vegetarians for breakfast and, the baked beans weren’t what we expected, they were a mixture of kidney beans and sweetcorn? The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, we all had a backache every day as the mattress wasn’t good, also the housekeeping kept taking our keycard that we left in the room for the AC to keep on running, so we come back to a cool room, this was a hassle as everyday we had to go back down and ask for another keycard for the AC to run again, this was a problem with all customers, as we saw 4/5 people having to ask for the keycard back. It was kind of hard to communicate with the staff as well, as they didn’t speak great English, but its ok, they tried to help as much as they could. Also, it doesnt look the same as photos, it was in need of modernisation, there wasnt good lighting and no dressing table, it was hard to get ready in the mornings near a big mirror behind the room door, so if someone wanted to go out it would be a problem. The price of this hotel was too much for what we got.

I travelled with my wife and my 4 months old baby. The night staff was very rude with my wife on 3 nights and treated her like a prostitute, it is unacceptable.

Location was good, not too far away from Patong Beach& Bangla road but far away enough to not hear all the noise.

There were too many indian tourist groups and in the early morning the buses outside made too much noise. They should stop their engines. The staff of the hotel was not enthusiastic to help thai guests. Staff was also not that polite to guests.

Good value for money, staff were friendly, washing machine and drier was very handy. Great location, walking distance to everything. Wi-fi was good too.

Buffet breakfast was the same everyday which we were over it by day 3, a change would have been good

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Excursion team were excellent. Location was good; 15-20 min walk from the beach or hotel free shuttle bus was available. Location was very safe at any time of the night. Local eateries were open almost all night as was the night market which was almost on the hotel's back doorstep.

Breakfast at the hotel wasn't to my taste, but there was lots of cafes that served breakfast to suit everyones taste.

I have stayed here many many times as I love the cleanliness of the hotel. I always stay in Building 2 so ask for building 2 if you are to stay there. It is right near a fantastic fresh market place which they cook fresh food for you at 60 Baht which is about $2.30 We ate there once a day and went to the many restaurants around as well. There is a lovely little coffee shop around the corner which we ate breakfast. They have a bus which takes you into Jung Ceylon shopping centre or to the beach 4 times a day. This hotel is definitely value for money and I’ll keep staying there when I’m in Thailand. Staff very friendly and check in was very efficient and I was upgraded to a deluxe suite. Thankyou

Wifi is a little bit temperamental in areas but this time mine was great.
